Recognise the answer you are going to get, not just the question you asked.
Asking is the easy half. You can rehearse a question and deliver it well, and then the reply arrives at full speed and the whole exchange collapses. This game shows you a phrase you would say and asks which reply you would hear back — and every wrong option is a real reply from somewhere else on the site, so you cannot win it by spotting the one that sounds like staff.
This game needs JavaScript. Everything it tests is on the phrase pages, which work without it.
Common mistake
In real life the reply is faster and shorter than the version here, and often has no subject and no verb at all. Getting these right is the floor, not the ceiling.
